Turns out I needed a HEX editor for the save files since CODEX uses steam emulators for the cracks. Pretty much had to copy the ID (the binaries in the file) from the 100% save I found onto the newly created save the game made when I booted it up. Also a tip if your game lags be sure to change your directx 12 to 11.

Location of system.cfg. I'm trying to fix a crash to desktop issue and many guides say to edit some parameters in your system.cfg. The issue is I cannot locate that file or the directory that they want me to look at all. C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Crytek\Far Cry doesn't exist and there is no system.cfg that I can locate at least in the Steam folder.
