When I go into the iPhone app, it tries to connect but doesn't show the camera . The blue connection lights are on in the upper right corner.
Hello. After not using my DJI Phantom 3 Professional during winter I have updated firmware to latest (v. 1.8.80) on both devices - RC, aircraft. DJI Pilot version for Android is also the latest - 2.8.1. And now entering to camera view I see only black screen. But camera is recording the pictures and video - problem is only that I don't see it on my phone. How I tried to solve: - rebooting RC

I am not able to get an image to show up on the DJI Go App. Also cant access the SD card from the app or use any of the camera functions. App is updated. Firmware is updated. All connections have been checked.
The process is extremely simple. Really, it’s not any different from normal charging. Simply plug your battery, wait for the flashing red light to disappear and leave it charging for a few more hours than usual. That should kick it off hibernation mode. Hey guys, Today I was going to get the bird up in the air, but after firing everything up, app said it was unable to connect to Phantom. It then occurred to me that when I turned on the Phantom I got no response from the camera. I checked and the LED is not even lit. It was working fine two days ago and suddenly it's no longer working.

Fixed it switching off the drone, then removing the flat cable on the gimbal from the sockets and then putting back in. Switched on drone and all working again. Found this using the phantom pilots discussion board"
Back to the first screen and the green light was still on. Back to the camera view, showing the same message, but this time the wi-fi strength icon was dark. At this time, I thought that somehow, the binding between the camera and Range Extender was broken. So I performed a new binding and everything responded as expected, but still no image.
You most likely powered down the Phantom before stopping video recording. All you need to do is to put the Micro SD card back in the Phantom camera, then power up the Phantom (remove your propellers before hand in case you inadvertently start them turning. Wait for about 60 seconds then power down.
Totally disruptive to the computers. Try resetting the micro SD card without turning the Phantom on. If you have not blown anything, it may start working properly. I regularly get that indication and reset the micro SD card by turning the Phantom off, resetting the card and then turning the Phantom on again.
You can move the camera up and down onscreen too. Have a look at the manual. The dial on the top left side (corner) of the remote controller is the "tilt" dial. It moves the camera looking up and down. Turning the camera left and right is done with the whole drone. There is a lot more information on this in the manual.
